Our agree fees for this service do not add to the estate agent’s fee
Our commission fee will be settled the final day in the solicitor’s office. Our commission fee will be included in the budget that you have indicated to us. Our Commission rate charge is between 1.5% TO 7% depending on Prescribers.
The breakdown would be payable as follows :
